At Cycle City Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
